Ingredients: 500g red snapper fillet, cubed 2 tbsp olive oil 2 green peppers, cubed 1 onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic, crushed 1 tbsp hot pepper sauce Method: Heat oil in a large pot Fry onion for four minutes, then add garlic and green pepper.
