Ingredients: 4 chicken breast fillets, skin on 2 garlic cloves, mashed 1 chilli, chopped 1 tbsp vegetable oil 2 red onions ½ tsp chopped thyme 3 lemons 350 ml chicken stock black pepper Method: Place the chicken in a bowl and squeeze in the juice of 1½ lemons.
