Ingredients: 6 red or green bell peppers 450g minced beef 1 onion, chopped 2 tbsp lard 1 cup rice, cooked salt and pepper to taste 1 egg 1 cup pureed tomatoes 2 tbsp bread crumbs 3 tbsp butter, melted 3 cups beef stock Method: Remove stalks from peppers, leaving shell intact.
