2 tbsp butter, softened

METHOD

Step # 1

Wash the okra under cold water and scrape the fuzz off with a sharp knife.

Step # 2

Cut the root end off each okra and slice into 1/2 inch rounds Cornmeal Coo Coo (Bahamas).

Combine the okra, water and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat.
